WHOOSHKA

Whooshka ("the app") is an internal business application provided by CPE Capital ("we", "us") to its authorised staff. It is not a consumer product and is not available to the general public. This policy explains what information the app processes and how it is handled.

Who can use the app

Access is limited to authorised CPE Capital personnel, who sign in with their CPE Capital Microsoft work account. There is no public sign-up.

Information we process

• Account information — your name, work email address and profile details provided by your CPE Capital Microsoft account when you sign in.
• Content you provide — messages, documents, recordings, expenses and other material you create or upload while using the app.
• Usage and diagnostics — technical logs and error/performance data used to keep the app secure and reliable.

How we use it

Information is used solely to provide the app's features to CPE Capital staff — authenticating you, storing and retrieving your work, generating analysis and summaries, and operating, securing and improving the service. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run the app — including Microsoft (sign-in and email/calendar integration), our hosting and infrastructure providers, and AI providers that process content to generate responses. These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Retention

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet CPE Capital's legal, record-keeping and business requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls and encrypted backups — to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

As this is an internal workplace app, access and data are managed by CPE Capital. To ask about the information the app holds about you, contact us using the details below.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
